Operations Lead

6 hours per week for operational responsibility, project structure and team coordination. For businesses that need relief in ongoing projects, team topics and recurring tasks - with more structure and ownership. Focus & Details: - process development - project management - delegation & team coordination - meeting structures - leadership sparring - operational responsibility for defined areas -implementation of improvements - interface between founder, leadership and team My role: Your operational right hand

Operations Manager

12 hours per week for operational leadership, process and business stabilisation. For companies that need strong operational leadership without hiring full-time - with stability, structure and scalable systems. Focus & Details: - operational leadership - process ownership - team coordination - project management - implementation of strategic changes - close collaboration with founder or leadership team - leading operational meetings - ownership of defined business areas My role: Temporary Operations Manager

Why I do this work

I have always been able to see systems.

The messy parts, the missing links and the places where too much depends on one person. The ideas that have potential, but no structure yet. The teams that want to move, but don’t have the clarity to do so.
 

In my work as a Business Operations Manager, I build processes, structure teams, improve workflows, delegate responsibilities and bring operational clarity into businesses that need stronger foundations.
 

At the same time, I bring a deep understanding of people, nervous systems and human dynamics. Because business is never just structure. It is also energy, communication, leadership, capacity and trust.
 

That is what makes my work different. I don’t just build processes. I build structures that people can actually work with.
