With over 5 years of experience in business operations, mentoring and personal development, my mission is simple:

MY BACKGROUND
I have always been a dreamer, just as much as I have been an action-taker. For years, I had a million ideas about where to live, what to create and how to bring my visions to life. No one around me was living the kind of life or business I could already see for myself. I felt alone in that striving for growth, but I kept going.
So what happened? I made the impossible possible, again and again.
Over the years, I build my foundation in business, sales, marketing, mindset, leadership and operations. I became a business owner, then a sales professional, consultant and eventually a Business Operations Manager - shaping offers, understanding clients, building processes and structuring teams and turning loose ends into something that actually works.
But through all of it, I kept coming back to one thing:
A business should not only work on the outside.
It should also support the life, capacity and rhythm of the person and people behind it.
This is the foundation of my work today:
Business understanding, operational implementation, personal depth and the ability to turn potential into something clear, grounded and real.
